About CFLifeCare

CFLifeCare.com is designed to offer patients, caregivers, parents and friends of anyone with Cystic Fibrosis a safe place to obtain information, education and resources on how to walk through life with CF.

Designed and monitored by patients, CF Nurses, Pharmacists, Social Workers and parents, this site is created with compassion, empathy and most importantly a passion for the CF Community. The CFNeighborhood offers participants a unique login and password allowing for safe forums and discussions on relevant topics as well as interactive conversations with key CF stakeholders.

Kim Kromash

Kim Kromash is a wife and a mother of two little boys currently residing in Orlando FL. Kim’s youngest child has cystic fibrosis and since learning of his diagnosis, Kim has been actively involved in the CF community. Kim is currently employed at Kroger Specialty pharmacy where she fulfills the role of “Patient advocate” in the cystic fibrosis department. Kim is dedicated to providing families in the CF community with further resources, knowledge and hope. Kim’s son, Joey, has fueled her passion for this community and motivates her to fight towards a cure for CF.

Stacy Carmona

Stacy Carmona is the Director of Patient Advocacy at Kroger Specialty Pharmacy and has been an advocate, motivational speaker and fundraiser for the CF community for over 20 years. Stacy has cystic fibrosis and has overcome many challenges associated with her disease, but she refuses to let CF limit or define her. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Stacy loves to travel and spent time living abroad in Sydney, Australia.

Natalia Picariello-Chin

Natalia Picariello-Chin is a Licensed Registered Nurse. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and her Master’s in Nursing Education at the University of Central Florida. Natalia has experience working with CF patients in the Multisystem Intensive Care Unit at Florida Hospital. Natalia has a passion for patient education and a desire to become a resource to CF patients in need.

Jeanne Moman

Jeanne Moman is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University. Jeanne began working with the CF population as a Case Manager on an ICU Transplant Unit and developed a passion for helping those with chronic diseases navigate the health care system.

Michelle Hall

Michelle Hall is a Registered Pharmacist.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Florida and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University.  Michelle is a Board Certified Specialty Pharmacist, with an emphasis on Cystic Fibrosis.  She enjoys working with CF patients to help them manage complex medication regimens and achieve the best possible quality of life.
